Catherine Magodo-Mutukwa , Legendary Zimbabwean  Poetry Arts Combatant.

CATHERINE MAGODO- MUTUKWA is a prolific and a multi award-winning Zimbabwean voice in the diaspora. Her verses are bold, pregnant with reason and they drip the honey of wise counsel. Her voice is motherly, as she rebukes fellow women to rise, to speak out and to raise the fist of resistance and thrash barbarism. The imagery abound beautifies her art of poesy. A literary sniper and her bullets are heft with truth, as they fire directly into the belly of male -chauvinism and scalds innards of of sexist demons. Her realism shrapnel whips fellow kindred sisters to resurrect from the doom of gloom of yester year slumber, to rise from tattered laurels and embrace the glory of resistance and the warm sunrays of resilience.   A SISTERS KEEPER. EVERYTHING REMEMBERS IN MICHAEL DICKEL’S NOTHING REMEMBERS.

Wholesomely, NOTHING REMEMBERS is a paradox of life, death and resurrection as seen in seasons of life ,in the aging , as seen in the sunrise and sunset, so EVERYTHING REMEMBERS that becomes in the paradox of Michael Dickel’s NOTHING REMEMBERS. My argument is there is nothing called nothing, even void is full of something even if that something is emptiness. Nothing Remembers is a deep paradox of existence and non-existence, or nonexistence in existence. NOTHING REMEMBERS , the title  is  a complex analogy  of  the world found  in Michael Dickel’s poesy and that  is artistically synchronized  by  the visual art oil painting  Angel of Time, which is the cover jacket of the  , remember time  depicts  age and agelessness , existence , spirituality , memory and  hope . All these factors are captured in NOTHING REMEMBERS. When you remember an incident , the first flicker of your memory is  TIME , so the use of the visual art  ANGEL OF TIME on  the book cover  synchronizes  presentation ,  literary swag  , artistic  dexterity, reason ,morality  and depth of detail ,etiquette, personal experience ,travelogue and deep personal reflections.

A DINNER WITH POETS OF DEFIANCE (Voices for Sudan): Brave Voices Poetry Journal 66

CURATOR OF DEFIANCE : Mr. Super-Power It is very easy to watch child soldiers slaughtering other children in the name of war on CNN International and BBC Africa. Madam Democrat Hell easy to speak of democracy and peace in the comfort of uptown glitter built by Sudanese gems and golden oil. Comrade Humanitarian, Bloody easy to carry briefcases filled with blood money to buy rifles and mental cranking drugs for young boys in Juba to kill their elders. Honorable Ambassador, It is hur….r aay cheap for you to cut off Sudanese news headlines and stash them in your political diplomacy library, get paid on the 25th of August, enjoy cups of cappuccino and forget. Mr. Military Junta, Sweat easy to swallow your heart and become a warlord, not ashamed to sit on tables to talk peace for people you are killing. I say, it is not easy to see a Darfur mother’s giving birth biting a bullet. I go on to say, It is difficult to see grenade shredded Khartoum babies on headlines of global news. I find it not easy to walk on mounds of gun- caused shallow graves. To see stacks of machete riddled human carcasses every day of our mighty lord. African Union, European Union, Americas, Indian Peace Foundations, Asian Peace Unions And United Nations, Where are you? While gun merchants, oil cartels And blood diamond cabals harvest bloody wealth, Sudan reaping death…………. Khartoum harvesting pangs of hunger We are not mentally deaf and poetically blind …………… Asijiki! We need a sweet fart of peace in Sudan and beyond. Poetry is the Weapon of Mass Instruction Ahoy!!! Tonight, after your dinner with poets of defiance. You can also pick some ink and write a verse of peace for Sudan, IN BOLD LETTERS – Mbizo Chirasha is Editor and Curator: A Dinner with Poets of Defiance (Voice for Sudan, Brave Voices Poetry Journal 66).

TRANDAFIR SÎMPETRU of ROMÂNIA brews a Unique Poetry Refreshment.

I'm going to climb your ship, baby, With the astral smell of puddle, shells and herbs, Discoloured, in the largs let's go, look at me How I run through lightning and lightning through the shores Anched in your eyes, we will be free, baby, will Uplifting the winding waves in our wake, we will leave Away the shade of the chestnut trees and the deserted heights Of the wounded amurgite, i will call you as an temptation, In silence, to love you in the morning barefoot, to Look at your eyes and breasts like a foreign shore,
